- Minimum 2 professional references covering at least 2 years
- NMC/relevant professional registration verification
Mandatory Training
- Manual Handling & People Moving
- Safeguarding Adults & Children (Levels 1-3)
- Basic Life Support & First Aid
- Infection Prevention and Control (IPC)
Rigorous Auditing
We periodically audit our staff files to ensure all training certifications, DBS records, and immunisations remain active. Any professional whose training expires is automatically put on hold until compliant.
